Agenda:

- Possible new ULX Plugins
- Possibly fix TEAM_UNASSIGNED being able to pick up props
- Remove ph_coldfusions_hotel
- Add number of connected players/total slots to connect/disconnect chat message
- Ban broken bottle giblet on ph_parkinglot
- Fix streamer group getting kicked for AFK
- Possibly add scale-changers to PointShop
