The following code opens a Webpage on a player's Steam overlay when a specific text string is typed in chat. Useful for linking to forums, donation pages, rules or really anything on the Web. Does not require ULX Admin Tools. Requires a degree of knowledge of LUA in order to customize and modify this module.
