Briefly describe yourself, including (but not limited to) goals and achievements:
I'm Ashlyn, I'm really kind hearted and love to meet new people. My personal goals are to help keep Gary's Mod cheater free and just have fun and keep it fun for others.
Why do you wish to be a staff member?:
I really don't like it when people cheat and annoy people on purpose on gamemodes, It ruins the fun for all the other players. I'd keep it fair and leave them with a warning, And if they don't follow the rules of the server after I warn them I'll kick them, Unless its causing problems over mic then I'll gag them.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?:
I just found it today at like 9 or 10:00 AM, I really like the server, all the mods are nice and fair, And they just make it fun for everyone.
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
I do not have any previous experience, But I'd love to get the experience as a Mod.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
I'm very kind-hearted and fair. I can usually solve problems with verbal and without causing fights and drama, and I love to test mod's.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
Depending on the challenge, If it a player breaking rules I will politely ask them to stop, If they do it again I'll warn them, And if they keep it up it'll eventually result in a kick.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?:
Of course! My brother has a youtube channel that he plans on starting up on gaming videos when ever he gets a software for it and I'm sure he'd love to help us. I'll invite all my friends and ask them to invite theirs.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:
I don't have any experience as a mod and I'm not afraid to admit it, I'll be fair even if one of my own friends are breaking the rules ill tell them to stop and if they keep on ill kick. I love to make the game fun for all and not just me. I love meeting new people and making new friends, And I don't get upset easily. I'm very passive and laidbackand i just overall love to play along with people I know most of the commands like !gag !ungag !gag (player) !kick (player).
