Briefly describe yourself, including (but not limited to) goals and achievements: Hei, I'm Holli, I'm a sophomore in high school and wishing to go to college and whatnot then possibly become a Film/Video Editor. I like to work hard and I'll try to not abuse my power (*cough* Meaty *cough*). I'm pretty friendly and I treat people with respect as long as they respect me back.
Why do you wish to be a staff member?: I've grown attached to a lot of people over these past couple of months and would love to have a job as a moderator. I'm thankful for the many friends that I've made on this server.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?: 2-3 months.
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe: Not another server, but I was (previously) a moderator on another game (I can't remember what the game was called >.<), but I made sure everyone followed the rules and kicked those who were disobeying them.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team: I feel like I would be the person that takes charge when someone (a moderator or admin) isn't on. I'm usually calm and collected when someone tries to do something that's breaking the rules of the server.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged: (This is the only one I could think of right now, tsk.) It was more of me sticking up for one of my best friends' (in real), but she was getting battered and insulted by my old group of friends (who I am no longer friends with, thankfully, I would go into detail but then it'll just be super sour) and this one girl who (I thought) was somewhat friendly stuck my best friend into a closet in locked her in there. Meanwhile, I jumped up on my feet and started shouting at her telling her to let her out of the closet, she eventually did, but it was just a hurtful thing to do. That girl, still hates my guts to this day, however, I don't see her anymore so it's all good. ^-^
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?: Well, I have made videos on the server but haven't stated in the description on which server it was, but one of my guy friends' in real seems interested in the server so I'm waiting to see if he's up for it or not.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?: In all honesty, nothing. I love everyone that I've met and befriended on the server so far so there really is no challenge.
