I'm an Open minded person and if You show Respect Towards Myself and those around we're going to be okay. I'm a People person and also am Not afraid to speak my Mind, And so long as Everyone is having Fun an in a good mood I'm Happy.
Why do you wish to be a staff member?:
I Feel The members of the server are very Friendly and open people and that's a Nice change from the Craziness of Xbox, These staff Actually care and that's what means the most.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?:
About One month, but the other players make me feel like I've been playing for Years!
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
Helped Run/Lead/Build a few clans on Xbox 360 but aside from that the only Admin Experience I've had is where they tell me not to do things... So I've learned a few things here and there.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
I'm good with words, I Like talking to people, Good listener, Patient. If I Feel someone if being Treated Wrongly or Unfairly I Will step in and Defuse the Situation before it can Escalate.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
I Used to be part of a clan on Xbox 360 and we had 3 other players arguing over a position in the clan, So I had decided to make Branches in that section of the clan so than that way they Each had their Own Freedom to be a Leader, But all had to answer to One person before making any Major changes (Roster swaps, emblem changes, etc.)
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?: I enjoy being Creative and Bouncing Ideas back and forth with people.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:
Nothing at all, I'm sure we're all pretty decently qualified. But honestly, That's up to You.
