Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
i used to be a Moderator on here, aswell as Moderator or Admin on Numerous Minecraft Servers. i banned myself due to stress reasons irl.I mean't to do a 2 week ban and did a perm.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:i'm currently taking online classes In Javascript, html and Python.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:when i was a moderator on here before there were times tried to act as a mediator between people fighting in the mic chat or being extreemly racist sometimes it got to where i just had to gag everyone for a minute until they cooled down.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?:I would Invite my friends from Other games that have Garry's Mod.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:I Don't use my Mic that often so i'm aware of almost everything that happens in the chat.
