Preferred Gamemode: I dont have any preferred, I can moderate any gamemode aslong as the duties call for me, I'll spend my time as Moderator on each server equally.
Average number of hours per week of gameplay: 74.4 hours.
Briefly describe yourself, including (but not limited to) goals and achievements: I'm a graduate from high school, I have a high paying job for wielding and I work on frames for anything that is Motor vehicle related, Go-Karts, Dirtbikes, etc. I was a A+ student since First grade, I was a football / basketball / baseball / wrestling player in the old days of Highschool, I got my Varsity letter the 2nd year of highschool and had 8 medals. I went to state for Ohio wrestling.
Why do you wish to be a staff member?: I wish to be a staff member on Reverse Logic Gaming due to the success of the server, I have great things in mind for this server and can see it becomin a very big community full of fun times and cool people. I personally can say the Founder and Owners are more caring and considerate then any other owner of a server that I know of and I'm glad to even be a player on RLG, I plan to keep the servers clean within limits of Ghosting , harressment and other rule breaking and racistic comments towards another member. I plan to keep our server fun, but not to the limit of allowing people to bend the rules and get away with it.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?: I have played on RLG for roughly 8 hours total, but it will very quickly increase with the time I plan to spend on it, now that I have noticed it.
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe: Yes.

List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team: I am very observant, I will be moderating from Spectators if I feel that playing would distract my work, I feel work will always come before playing and would give my fun over my job any day. I'm smart and fun, and also strict towards rules, I wont even let family break rules on a server we both play.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged: I would handle any challenge as a leader of RLG with very efficient but professional ways, I would handle matters of staff and management very delicately. I would always put my work first and always keep my job under professionalism, i would always be honest with the staff about how they are doing with their job.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?: I would offer funds to help promote further gamemodes and other listing to help us thrive above in the community and gain members for our group. I believe its not about the quantity, but quality.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?: I'm honest, loyal. And I see it how it is. If a staff member is abusing I'll tell him straight up that he does not belong and should have never applied, if said member has alot of information about past servers in his application. I'll train each member if not, myself. I also depend on no-one but myself, If i make a mistake I'll ask for help, but wont rely on anyone to help me since I will easily fix the issue with a apology and correction.
