Briefly describe yourself, including (but not limited to) goals and achievements: Hard working, serious when required, knows my own limits, never abuses power.
Why do you wish to be a staff member?: Many friendly people among the staff and regular players, and also wanting to be able to assist in preventing people who are breaking the rules from ruining the experience of both regular players and new players to the server.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?: I have been playing for around two months.
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe: I have no experience but would love to learn.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team: Serious minded approach when it comes to anyone breaking the rules or is doing anything that would ruin the experience of the game for everyone else in the server.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged: In school, while in class the teacher had left the room (a substitute teacher came into the room and did not understand the instructions the teacher had left). I stepped up and helped the substitute get ahold of the chaotic class and get them to work properly.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?: I would offer assisting other Moderators, and higher ranking, to help prevent any form of cheating or rude behavior within the servers and promote others to return and join to play as they wish.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?: I feel that i would be able to avoid any abuse of power for my own gain or in favoritism of any players and would be able to help detect any form of exploits in maps along with helping prevent any unfair advantages between players (such as hacks, spots where props can not be hurt by hunters, spots where hunters can not see props, and more).
