Can be on most mornings before 10AM except weekends, and am usually on for at least an hour in the afternoon most weekdays, if not more. Almost every night I am available around 8PM til 2 AM. On weekends I am available all day except for when I have other things planned.

Breifly Describe Yourself Including Goals and Achievements:
I am a freshman in my second semester of college, and am in the Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity. Most of my time here at college has been spent either with the fraternity, or in my room watching Netflix or playing games. Throughout my high school career I was heavily involved in the music department and have taken part in many of the different activities that are put on by it. One of my favorite achievements in this area is when we placed second in a show choir competition that was against some of the best show choirs in the area, even the number three ranked choir in the nation. On the academic side of things I am proud of obtaining a scholarship that reduced my tuition to in-state levels as a result of my ACT score, and I am also proud that I have kept the scholarship by continuing to keep good grades here at college.
Why do You Wish to Become a Staff Member:
I wish to become a staff member because the RLG servers are the only servers that I consistently go to due to how nice everyone is and how it is all ran thanks to the staff. I want to help make the servers a better place for everyone and to keep people coming back to them after they have spent some time on the server. Another reason why I'd like is that during the day sometimes when I get on there aren't any mods or admins on, and I am the highest power there so I've had to help people learn the ropes and help settle petty disputes among the other players.
How Long Have You Been Playing on RLG Server(s):
For over a month now, and most of my time on Garry's Mod has been spent on the RLG Prop Hunt server.
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
I have no previous experience.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
It takes a lot for people to push my buttons, especially in the online world, so when people try and push me I react in a professional manner. I feel I am a sociable person, so it is easy for me to talk to people and help solve their problems. When I am faced with a problem I try and look at it from different angles so I can try and figure out how to tackle it in the best manner.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
There was one time at the fraternity a group of us were hanging out and things started to get heated and everyone started talking over each other, so I with the help of others (since there is strength in numbers) got everybody to quiet down and we helped create a more suitable way to try and settle everybody's issues. How the issue was solved was by using a 'talking ball' and whoever had the ball could talk and how people were able to talk next was by raising their hand so the ball could be passed on to them.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?:
I would be kind to people and try to get everyone involved creating a sense of community within the group which would most likely make the new person want to stay and be a part of the community. Another way that I will help expand the community is by recommending it to my friends that get Garry's Mod.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:
My ability to respect and listen to those that are in a position of higher power, even if I disagree with them. I also feel that my friendliness is a valuable asset to have.
