My name is Skyler Schapp I am a college student, and I am going for animation and I like to play gmod prop hunt during my free time
Why do you wish to be a staff member?:
I wish to be a staff member to let everyone have their fun but control things if it gets too out of hand.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?:
About 2 months ever since I started playing on this mod, this is the only server I ever go on anymore.
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
I don’t have any past experience as an Administrator or Moderator.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
I like to troubleshoot problems in a fair matter, I observe what goes on in game and I’m a good listener.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
I have been a counselor at a camp that I go to in the summer for 2 years (CIT for the first year) and sometimes the cabin mates pick fights with each other where I have had to step in and calm everyone down. I am good at listening to what people have to say and I am impartial for a majority of the cases
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?
I can promote and expand the RLG community by spreading the word by physically talking face to face with people, and i can also promote them on Facebook and if I get a Youtube page i can promote the community there
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?
I treat everyone in the server in a respectful manner, I try not to make anyone upset and I try to dispute problems between other players.
