I was recently playing prop hunt on island and i noticed when i was in spectator mode after i died as a prop tank was a t pose farming points in a cheating spot he claims it was legal but it abviously wasnt.

Can't really do much about that, Monster. If a Moderator was on at the time, you should have mentioned that to them and they would have been able to help.

It was that spot above the home theater screen speakers where people usually hide as plates, right? I'll likely add that to the auto-teleporter if so.
