Briefly describe yourself, including (but not limited to) goals and achievements: I am a current High School Student who is addicted to video games and anime. I do some pro video game tournaments from time to time, mainly Super Smash Brothers. My goal in life is to work as a game designer, and I am currently pursuing a career in Video Game Development. I also work as a scriptwriter for a popular YouTube channel called Tats TopVideos, and I am a Pro Yugioh Card Game player (if you could call that an achievement xD)
Why do you wish to be a staff member?:
RLG's server is very well designed, both map and gameplay wise and staff wise. I have never met a nicer group of online staff in a long time, and I feel like I would like to be apart of that group and help give back to the community that has given me so much.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?:
I have been playing on the RLG servers for about a month now, as that's around the time I truly got into COMPUTER gaming.
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
No Moderator or Admin experience on any other server.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
I am a fun loving person, who will go out of their way to make sure everyone is having a fun and safe time, and that all rules are being followed.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
Too many times I've been a leader of some sort of group. Usually, because of disagreements, the group starts to implode, and it's my duty to balance things out. Usually, the group ends with everyone happy once again. I feel my skills with these situations can carry over very well.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?:
I am a very good coder, in my opinion, and have already talked to Realist about helping code some things to help expand the Prop Hunt world of RLG and any of their other servers. I also help manage a website where almost 2000 people are registered, so I have an easy way to get the word spread about the server, along with the YouTube channel.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:
What I feel sets me apart from any other applicant is my devotion to the server and to RLG, since I play on no other Gmod servers other than RLG servers.

Just learning the commands is my only concern, such as gagging, muting, kicking, etc.
