Im funny and fun to play with ( <= Dont take that the wrong way), and I am planning on going to college next year for computer tech
Why do you wish to be a staff member?:
I want to become a staff member because I enjoy learning new things about gaming and feel like this would be a good way to learn. I also am tolerant to a point with disrespect, but if it gets carried away I am not afraid to enforce rules.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?:
Id have to say I've logged approximately 100 hrs on the server since first joining
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
I was a gym leader on SkyPixelmon1 until the server shut down (Skydoesminecraft's Pixelmon Server)
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
I am a fast learner and can settle disputes with words rather than power. I am also a people person and can relate to most people.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
I helped with recruiting new gym leaders on the pixelmon server and also with possible problems between players. I am also in a ranking position at my place of work, so i help with computer problems that come up and with customer service.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?:
I really enjoy this server and I think I can get more people to play and enjoy the server
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:
Nothing, Im just a guy trying to learn more about gaming servers and enjoys being part of the gaming community

Is this server have Skype? In which case I'm fine, but I don't have TeamSpeak.
Just out of Curiosity, how many MODs and Admins have there been on this server?
