Why do you wish to be a staff member?: While I play most mornings there is no mod to "keep the peace" and I feel that one's presence could help out

List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team: I have a good sense of humor, I am a problem solver and am impartial in disputes
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged: I've had to resolve multiple arguments with people I've despised personally, whether with others or myself for the sake of getting a project done. despite my personal feeling I am all for a compromise
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?: I can give ideas and promote to friends on and off line
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?: I'm fair and quick to my decisions, but other than that time and the owners will tell
