To help run the servers

Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
Yes, on IMVU, its a chat thing and I was a mod on couple rooms. ( Mods can kick people out)
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
helping people with any computer problems and just anything within my ability.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
in a IMVU server, people wouldnt listen so I would just kick them. (Idk if this is good or not)
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?:
Donating once I get a credit card
