Im a moderate gamer who has a passion for gaming. Once i have the money i plan on going to college for graphic/video game design
Why do you wish to be a staff member?:
To help moderate the server. I'm tired of getting on when no mods are on and little kids breaking the rules. As well as enforce the rules in a reasonable way.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?:
About a month or 2 now
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
I was an admin for a few minecraft servers as well as a dayz moderator.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
I'm a fair guy, if someone breaks the rules they'll be warned not immediate kick/ban. I'll need to learn the Commands and stuff but i could help because im typically on the server on off hours when no moderators are on.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
I was an assistant manager, 2 customers were fighting about something. I tried to resolve the conflict by making both of them happy. Unfortunately the police had to be called.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?:
Once I start up my youtube channel, free RLG advertising baby!
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:I honestly don't know. You guys get a lot of applications. i doubt i could have a better answer than the rest. All I want to do is help out the server, enforce the rules, and keep everything fair.
RLG servers are by far the best servers i've ever been on. Everyone gets along(for the most part) and the moderators keep everything fair. all in all you guys are the best, like a second family to me.
