Why do you wish to be a staff member?:
To help people out, help keep the server friendly and insanely fun, and to prove my worth
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?:
Just a couple of days, but alot of regulars/staff members have came here and I finally decided to after some Idiotic stufff went down on another server
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
I have been a moderator on Nocturnal Inebriates for a few months, Ive had my share of rude/ghosters and hackers, I believe I am fair in my judgement but I can be wrong(I haven't had any complaints as far as I know)
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
Since Im Majoring in IT I could help with some aspects of server maintenance(in the future though as im just getting into my Major related courses)
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
The other night on the NI server someone was constantly being rude to both Athena and Cickadeedee and claiming to know the owner and what not so I muted then gagged and eventually kicked him twice before Athena banned him
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?:
Talk about the server to anyone who is actually interested and If I went to another server to play PH ect, I would act as though I am representing the server and setting an example of the kind of people that play on RLG
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:I'm older, a little more laid back than most, and generally upbeat regardless of outside influence
