Age:
16
Time Zone:

Hours of Availability:
6-7 Hours a Day, more on the weekends

Average number of hours per week of gameplay:

Briefly describe yourself, including (but not limited to) goals and achievements: I'm currently 16, turning 17 in March of 2015. I am a Junior in High School, as well active in the JROTC (Military Cadet) program. After I turn 17, I'm going to go in the Basic training where my MOS will be either engineering or PJ.
I try to be positive in ever aspect I can. Staying positive for me is a basic moral than everyone needs to learn and maintain.
Why do you wish to be a staff member?:
I want to be a RLG Staff member to keep the RLG community clean from any Steam users that wish to be cheap or unfair in our server(s).
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?:
A few weeks now, and I love playing them. There is usually a mod or two on the servers help regulate the servers.
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe:
I was a mod in a Minecraft PC server. I was removed after I went inactive due to school work.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team:
The main would having a positive attitude. I see some mods on the servers acting like they own the server and do whatever they like. That shouldn't be the case. Staying positive will make you happy, the main mods happy, and most importantly, the RLG players happy. A positive server will always succeed more than a server with the best mods, but crap attitude.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged:
I remember in the Minecraft server I used to mod for, there were a couple of kiddos bickering at each other for no clear reason. I stepped in, and talked to them to see what the problem was. I guess one of them TNTd a building of theres accidentally. I calmly and carefully handled the situation by having the one who blew up the building, rebuild the building. Being a mod isn't about the power. It's about keeping the servers clean and friendly.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?:
Having everyone keep a positive attitude no matter what.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:
I feel like I'm outgoing enough for a RLG staff position. I feel like I can really help the RLG community by keeping the servers friendly.
Any questions or concerns? (These will be answered via forum post reply):
None that come to my mind.
