Briefly describe yourself, including (but not limited to) goals and achievements: Well a highschool graduate and I am now attending college for music to be a producer. Gaming literally and this a weird thing to say but, gaming is my first priority. Its something I love and will do for the rest of my life.
Why do you wish to be a staff member?: To help control the servers when admins or any mods are not around. I will not abuse the power of being a moderator just simply want to make sure that the server is a more safe and fun to play on.
How long have you been playing on RLG server(s)?: 1 to 2 years
Do you have any previous experience as an Administrator or Moderator for another server? If so, please describe: Yes I've been playing css for about 5 years and I was a admin on 2 to 3 different community servers.
List any additional skills (besides moderating) you feel would be an asset to the RLG team: Any designing such as website design I have taken classes for that so if RLG needs a website I will be more than happy to do so. There are so many varieties of things would do to help.
Briefly describe a situation where you were in a leadership role, and how you handled any challenges that emerged: I worked at (Walmart) as a inventory management supervisor. My role was to make sure my team got the jobs done in a neat and timely matter. Also to be safe in the work environment.
What would you offer to help promote and expand the RLG community?: Websites, Youtube, anything really.
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?: Well I don't want to say I'm better than anybody else. We are all the same. I just think with my skills and my experience I would be the right person to be a moderator.
